1. Agreement

2. Our Products

We sell electric ride-on vehicles for children, including trucks, ATVs, and accessories. All products are designed for specific age ranges as indicated on each product page. Adult supervision is required at all times during use, and maximum weight limits must be strictly observed. Products are intended for use on flat, stable surfaces only.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Large items may require freight delivery and adult signature. International orders may incur additional customs fees for which the buyer is responsible.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with no signs of use or damage and all parts and packaging included. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. All items should be inspected immediately upon delivery, and any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Product Safety & Warranty

Products meet ASTM and CPSIA safety standards and are intended for children within specified age ranges only. Adult assembly may be required, and all instructions must be followed carefully. Regular maintenance and safety checks are the owner's responsibility. Use appropriate safety equipment such as helmets when recommended. Products are sold without formal warranty, and our liability is limited to the purchase price.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering, supervising children during product use, following all safety guidelines, and using products only as intended. Do not modify products.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only for processing your order, shipping products, and customer service as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or resell our products commercially without authorization

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted on our website. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
